All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
